No matter how stressful our situation became and no matter how fed up I became, Mr. McIntosh always handled each particular hardship we encountered with tremendous patience, friendliness, and expert advice which we valued more with each attempted purchase. There were even times when I was reduced to tears because of a failure in a transaction or other difficulty.
